Suzhou overcomes the problem of calibration of domestic fabric length measuring instrument

The reporter recently learned from the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau that the electronic fabric length measuring instrument calibration device (hereinafter referred to as the “length measuring instrument calibration device”), which was developed by the Wujiang District Metrology and Testing Institute, entered the prototype debugging stage, marking that Suzhou successfully conquered domestic textiles. Industrial fabric length measuring instrument (code table) indication error and other technical indicators are difficult to calibrate the problem, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of fabric length value traceability. According to reports, as early as last October, the technical specification for the calibration of fabric length measuring instruments in the domestic textile industry, which was led by the Wujiang District Metrology Institute, was officially implemented as JJF (Textile) 066-2015 "Electronic Fabric Length Measuring Instrument Calibration Specification". The reporter learned that the R&D of the device is mainly divided into three stages. At present, the prototype debugging, data acquisition and analysis phases have been basically completed. The Wujiang District Metrology Institute will improve the appearance and internal structure of the prototype. It is expected that the patent will be applied by the end of 2016.
