Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the characteristics of colored cotton and far-infrared polypropylene raw materials, explores the production process of blended shirts made of colored cotton and far-infrared polypropylene, and analyzes the key factors affecting production and quality and the solutions.

0 Introduction Natural colored cotton is a kind of cotton variety with natural color when the fiber is sprinkled in the ground. In the process of deep processing of colored cotton textile, no traditional artificial bleaching, dyeing and other traditional techniques are needed to eliminate the use of dyes. The environmental pollution caused by the world is recognized as a natural and pollution-free green ecological textile. The use of genetically modified engineering technology by scientists at home and abroad has gradually adapted the color, quality, variety and production of colored cotton to the requirements of the modern textile industry. Its products can be sold at three to five times the price of ordinary dyed products, and have the irreplaceable advantages of other textiles in terms of economic and social benefits. According to the International Committee on Organic Agriculture, 30% of the total global cotton will be replaced by green eco-cotton in the next 30 years.
Our company has developed a color cotton far-infrared polypropylene shirt fabric by using the market to reconcile the far-infrared polypropylene (PP) polypropylene. The product specification is CJ/PP 283 119.4.

3.1 Textile Department
3.1.1 Clear cotton Due to the low resurgence of far-infrared polypropylene fiber, it is easy to generate static electricity. At the beginning of production, the polypropylene coil is easily damaged during transportation. The cotton web is automatically broken on the carding machine and cannot be produced normally. Therefore, we have taken the following measures. :
(1) The far-infrared polypropylene package enters the workshop 24 hours in advance to balance the temperature and humidity of the workshop;
(2) After opening the package, spray 10% antistatic agent solution on the surface of the far-infrared polypropylene fiber package, the water temperature is controlled at about 40 °C, and the polypropylene fiber after spraying should be artificially mixed evenly;
(3) Make laps with chemical fiber packaging, each lap should be tightly packed, keep the moisture regain rate stable, and prevent the polypropylene roll from breaking;
(4) The speed of the A036C type cleaning machine is lower than that of the spun polyester fiber, which is reduced to 400 r/min.
3.1.2 Carding The four-roller stripping cotton is changed to single-roller stripping, which can reduce the Saskatchewan strip by 5 percentage points. At the same time, the cotton net is clear, the transfer is good, and it is not easy to break. The carding process uses tight spacing and slow speed to reduce fiber damage.
The carding process parameters are shown in Table 1.

3.1.3 The drawing process adopts the head and small drafting, the draw ratio in the back zone is 1.7~1.8 times, the drawdown in the second zone is 1.3 times, and the design is 1.3 times after the triple, to improve the strip. The drafting is performed on three pressure bars, pneumatically pressurized, and mixed in three to ensure uniformity. See Table 2 for the process parameters and quality data.

3.1.4 The roving adopts the process design of “large back gauge in the back zone and centralized control” to ensure the coarse and quality data are shown in Table 3.

3.2 Weaving Department
3.2.1 The cotton has more neps impurities in the color cotton itself. The Auto-coner238 automatic winder is used to remove the thick knots, details and large neps to the maximum extent, and at the same time reduce the speed of the car. The line speed of the yarn is reduced to 1000 m / min at 1100 m / min to reduce hairiness. The electronic yarn clearer parameter setting is shown in Table 5.

3.2.2 Warping setting The tension ring weight is 1 g less than the white cotton the same variety, ensuring that the broken head is self-stopping, and the seeker is accurately and timely. Tension ring weight: the first 6 g, the middle 5 g, the last 4 g.
3.2.3 Sizing due to the unstable pigmentation of natural colored cotton, the acid, alkali and strong oxidant pigments will change, and no harmful substances can be produced during the sizing process to ensure the “green” in the process of colored cotton textile processing. Environmentally friendly. Therefore, the formulation of the slurry is shown in Table 6.

The variety has high density, fine yarn number, more hairiness and large covering factor. 3.2.4 Weaving process measures:
(1) For this variety to be dense, the warp yarns are easily entangled after the warp, and the weaving adopts the low back beam process to reduce the warp stop, and adjust the shut-off device to process two dovetail grooves on the O14, also on the L1. Processing the groove angle to make the car more sensitive and effective;
(2) Adjust the feeding and winding mechanism, use the double guide roller to increase the surrounding angle, and coat the rubber on one of the guide rollers to increase the friction on the cloth surface and reduce the sliding of the cloth surface;
(3) Improve the quality of the machine, make the curtain three flat, adjust the lifting device, the needle is required to be sensitive, and the induction device is accurate. The weaving process is shown in Table 8.

4 Product quality
CJ/PP 14.6 tex yarn quality is shown in Table 9. The test results of the physical indicators of the grey fabric are shown in Table 10.

Through the implementation of several key measures, the opening definition of the weaving is improved, the warp adhesion and the "three-hop" defects are reduced, and the difficulty of the winding due to the tightness of the fabric is overcome, and the warp yarn is broken by the tracking test. The head rate is controlled at 0.35/set·h, the weft break rate is controlled at 0.25/set·h, the weaving efficiency is 87%, and the first-class rate of the grey cloth is 85%.
5 Conclusion Through the development of this product, it is concluded that the pretreatment of far-infrared polypropylene is the key to the whole production. In the face of the increasingly fierce competition in white cotton products, the development of colored cotton products is undoubtedly a new economic growth point.
